The user of the software will first see its desktop. AdvanTex has an updated Windows look that is modern and clear. Everything looks familiar and is simple to navigate and use which helps keep the cost of training to a minimum.
Users who already work with Microsoft Office or other standard Windows applications will be able to use AdvanTex with ease.
Throughout the application, AdvanTex uses the same shortcuts for standard tasks as it does for creating, changing or deleting data. They are also used for the printing and calculation functions. The most important functions can be accessed directly via Icons, others can be found in the clearly structured drop down menus.

There is a special customisable menu that allows an easy handling of up to ten menu items of your choice (which is especially useful for touch Screen users).
Initially, the user first has to log-in to AdvanTex, which prevents unwanted actions and unauthorised access to your data. If requested, this can be automated and the functions of the desktop can be limited specifically for individual users.
Every chart in AdvanTex can be opened in Excel directly by doing a right mouse click on the content menu. You are able to perform a data export into Excel, or any other spreadsheet. We are also able to export data into other formats such as .csv, .xml and .html.
Our data sheets are capable of being sorted by several columns at the same time, and you are able to change the order and size of the columns. There is also the facility to show/hide columns or stress the important ones.
The Auto-Filter in AdvanTex is easy to use. You only have to choose a column’s header by using the right mouse click and AdvanTex presents a filter list.
After having chosen the data you need, AdvanTex will then automatically filter it. We provide a powerful and efficient report designer with 300 reports as standard additionally we can supply user-defined reports and every report can be adapted to your individual requests.
AdvanTex is multi client capable. For example, when you have two companies closely relating to each other, AdvanTex allows you to treat any number of companies as one, whilst maintaining their individuality. In such cases, we will adapt it to suit your company’s situation.
Furthermore, you can open multiple windows. For example, should you wish to compare two customers at the same time, you can open the customer form twice side by side.
AdvanTex comes with an intelligent search functionality that allows to search in several fields combined or to sue full text search. While keying in your search texts you immediately see a search result preview and don‘t need to type more text than necessary. If you still chose the wrong search result you can re-run the search with one more click without re-typing everything.
