Because of the single source of information (which is the customer history in the ERP) all involved employees with contact to the customer will have the same state of knowledge. This avoids embarrassing questions to the customer.

Even if the internet connection is temporally lost, the user has full access to the data. The synchronization runs afterwards, when the connection is established again. Through an intuitive traffic light indicator on the main screen the user always knows about his synchronization status.

Every sales person has a calendar in the AdvanTex ERP to schedule customer visits and appointments. This calendar is also synchronized to the Sales App to make sure each user has a perfect overview about his daily work. The integrated radius search identifies customers who can be reached in a certain distance based on the current location. This can be very helpful to find possible customers to visit in case of short-term appointment cancellations.

Additionally to this functionality, the AdvanTex App Sales comes with a presentation functionality of your product catalogue. Product Information including images and specifications will be transferred to the device and can be presented to the customer or prospect in an elegant and modern way.
